Diana Hernandez Wayne is an Executive Coach and Business Consultant. With over 15 years of Corporate and cross-functional experience across, sales, marketing, finance, and ecommerce, and has been around long enough before anyone was buying anything other than books on Amazon. She has worked for multinational firms and Fortune 500 companies, and extensive CPG experience including Clorox, and SCJohnson and worked on brands like Clorox, Brita, method, and Mrs. Meyer's Clean Day, with experience managing multi-million dollar P&L and large teams.

Before leaving Corporate America, Diana was the Director of Omnichannel Development, where she oversaw the growth of brands from low double digit million brands to triple digit brands multiplying the brands 10x within 4 years. She developed and oversaw the marketing strategy and execution, managing digital agencies, content development, and analytics to accelerate growth. She has worked directly with all key major retailers including Amazon, Target, and Walmart and across major categories within CPG.

Upon leaving Corporate America, Diana began her Coaching and Consulting practice where she consults with VC, including a $100M fund, through due dilgence and early pre-seed and seed stage founders where she serves as an advisor. She sits on the board of Clevermen, a beard and hair dye company disrupting the male grooming space, and the non-profit Hispanic Scholarship Fund. 

When she is not traveling, she lives between San Francisco and Los Angeles with her husband, Toby.
